If you collect enquiries or contact details through your card (Business Plan), you decide what the data is used for, so UK GDPR applies to you. Tell people why you are asking, keep only what you need, and check whether you need to pay the ICO data protection fee.

Does the recipient need to download an app?

No. Your online business card works through the recipient's built-in camera and browser.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Brand Presence (£45) and the Business Plan (£90) are one-time payments.

Do your prices include VAT?

The price you see is the total you pay: £45 or £90, once. No VAT, fees or delivery charges are added at checkout. If you need a VAT number on your receipt, you can add it at checkout.

Do I need to register with the ICO to collect leads through my card?

Many UK businesses that handle personal data must pay the ICO data protection fee, and some are exempt. The ICO has a short self-assessment on its website. Our UK GDPR guide for card leads explains what to tell people and how long to keep their details.

Can I use it anywhere in the UK?

Yes. Your card is a web page, so it works the same in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, on any phone, with no app.
