This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, activate a digital profile or contact our support team, how we use that information, the legal bases we rely on under the UK GDPR, and your rights.

2. Personal information we collect
- Account and profile data — name, job title, employer, phone number, email address, profile photo, social links, portfolio URLs and any additional fields you publish on your digital business card.
- Billing data — billing address, order history and plan selection. Full payment card numbers are collected and stored by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor, not by Lets Connect.
- Lead capture data — contact details submitted by people who open your profile and complete the lead form, stored inside the CRM area of your account.
- Support and correspondence — messages and attachments when you email or live-chat our support team.
- Device and usage data — IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed and profile-open events.
- Cookies — session, authentication, preference and, subject to consent, analytics cookies.
3. How and why we use your information
- To provide the service you ordered — hosting your digital profile and providing customer support (performance of a contract).
- To operate lead capture and CRM features — storing contacts submitted on your profile (performance of a contract; legitimate interest).
- To secure our platform — fraud prevention and abuse detection (legitimate interests).
- To send transactional emails — order confirmations, password resets and security alerts (performance of a contract).
- To send marketing — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations — retaining invoicing and tax records.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in. With your consent we also use analytics cookies. You can manage cookie categories at any time from the cookie banner.
5. Third-party processors
- Payments — Stripe.
- Hosting and database — managed cloud infrastructure.
- Email delivery — transactional email providers for order confirmations and support replies.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure. Billing records are retained for 6 years. Support tickets are retained for up to 36 months.
