Refund and Returns Policy — Online Business Cards
Effective date: 20 January 2025. Every product sold through onlinebusinesscard.co.uk is a digital business card — there is nothing to manufacture, print or post, and nothing to return by courier. This policy explains how refunds work for digital goods.
Cancelling before activation
You can cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided your digital profile has not yet been activated or personalised. A valid order confirmation email or receipt is required.
Once your profile is activated
By confirming your order you agree that once your digital profile goes live, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right no longer applies, as the digital service has been supplied in full. Profiles already activated and personalised with your details are non-refundable.
Faults and refund timing
If your digital card does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or offer a full refund. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
No returns by post
There is nothing to send back. To cancel or request a refund, email info@onlinebusinesscard.co.uk. Need a different template or plan? We can usually update your existing profile instead of cancelling.
